My name is Maria. I am 16 years old. I have an incomplete family. My mom, my older sister, my little brother and me. My mom divorced my stepdad over a year ago. Because of that divorce, a lot of things in my life fell apart and things got really bad. And everything was going downhill until I came to Tokmok GYM.

How did I know about God? I had a very so-so life, but not very righteous. I got very spoiled after all the events in my family. I had very strong addictions, especially tobacco addiction. I went out very late at night with friends, often ran away from home and it was very difficult for me to live through this period. No one supported me at that moment: neither my mom or my sister. Each of us was disappointed, it was hard for all of us.

The changes started when I moved to another school. There I got a classmate who knows God, who attends church, and goes to Tokmok GYM. I am very grateful to her for bringing me to Tokmok GYM.

She called me here. And it all started when I went to the Frisbee class. I started doing Frisbee. Then I got invited to a Sunday meeting at Tokmok GYM. I don't know how it all worked out. But I quit drinking, I quit smoking. All the addictions I had, I'm free of them now.

But now I'm addicted to the word of God. I started serving in the local Church, I sing in the children's choir. I'm a volunteer in Tokmok GYM.

And everything turned out so great that I am grateful to my girlfriend, who brought me to Tokmok GYM She brought me to God. The girl's name is Alexandra.
